Dangerous rotten tree

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 376173.

This tree is in the grounds of Heathfield school next to an alley used to take young children to school .. a tree surgeon has indie Ted it snd said it’s rotten and would prob fall down in the next high winds which would be highly dangerous given it’s position to the alley .. could you please attend to this as a matter of urgency
