Verge between 37-51 The Lane and the road, LU79QB
Reported via desktop in the Trees category anonymously at 13:46, Wed 12 October 2022
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 376762.
There is a council-owned hedgerow between the houses from 37-51 The Lane which contains a number of heavily overgrown trees. These were last cut back maybe 10 years ago and are now overhanging our garden (number 43) and close to other houses on the row. Someone came out and inspected these a year or two back but nothing further happened. An underground water pipe burst recently between the trees and our back garden which may also be related to the root structure.

Hi,
We are contacting you to notify you that your report has been closed from our system. We have recently begun our partnership with a new Highways contractor and as a result we need to close previous cases that were outstanding with the previous contractor, this is part of an ongoing administrative process.
If the issue is outstanding and you believe it to be an emergency, such as exposed electrical wires, please contact us on 0300 300 8049.
If you see issues on the highways network, please continue to report these directly through Fix My Street.
Many thanks,
