Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 377279.

Small drain / manhole cover (4-6” square approx) in centre of pavement stands above the surface by about an inch. This trip hazard caused me to fall heavily resulting in significant injury to my ribs.
