Customer email: Road surface made poorly
Two weeks ago the road was dug up outside the terrace from the kerb towards the centre of the road. The holes were then backfilled but to a poor standard. The are potholes and dips in the surface,so when a large vehicle goes over the damaged surfaces ,it creates a lot of noise and vibrations so bad my windows shake and the floor vibrates.Email forwarded to area team as well.

Customer email: -email forwarded to area team for updates to be provided.
I wish to bring to your attention once again ,the problem i first reported in early November, concerning the road surface in front of my property.
In connection with construction of the relief road, your contractors dug inspection trenches from the kerb to the middle of the road, but did not infill properly, namely, they left potholes.
Thus ,when vehicles travel over these dips, noise and vibrations,so violent my windows shake, keep us awake and concerned that structural damage may occur to my property. No one has had the courtesy to ring or email me to inform the timeline of any repairs. Maybe just send a man with a bag of tarmac for a temporary fix|Posted by Central Bedfordshire Council at 15:20, Tue 3 January 2023
