This really requires a dedicated post to support the right hand side of the sign and the sign to be straightened. The alternative would be to undo the sign and remount using the lamppost except using a spirit level. The letter job likely requires a screwdriver and 5 minutes.

No change. Several signs in the area are in need of attention.

Sign still needs to be straightened and other signs in the area inspected as they are commonly rusted into holes at the base. One sign I reported recently is at an angle to the perpendicular after the winds we had a while back. (See photo)

In 2022 you raised a FixMyStreet request to Central Bedfordshire. We are contacting you to notify you that your report has been closed from our system. We have recently begun our partnership with a new Highways contractor and as a result we need to close previous cases that were outstanding with the previous contractor, this is part of an ongoing administrative process.
If the issue is outstanding and you believe it to be an emergency, such as exposed electrical wires, please contact us on 0300 300 8049.
If you see issues on the highways network, please continue to report these directly through FixMyStreet.
Many thanks,
Central Bedfordshire CouncilState changed to: no further action
