Overgrown tree

Reported via Android in the Trees category anonymously at 17:20, Tue 29 November 2022

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 378958.

There is a tree/ hedge which has been overgrown for a while now and its on the corner of a sharp turning in Beeston, this has become worst and I have come close a few times to colliding with cars coming round as you just cannot see them coming. You can see how much it is over grown as it's taken over the lampost which also means in the darker nights the light is blocked. Please reference the third photo which shows when it was first planted (2010) on Google Street view just to get an idea of how much the tree has grown.

Please can this be cut back asap as I'm worried this will cause a collision as a lot of dog walkers walk round the blind spot as well as cars coming in and out of the village.

Many thanks, Hannah
