Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 379035.

This has been reported 3 times and you state you have investigated this I have yet to see anyone turn up to investigate this . I have advised I am quite willing to meet your representative and show him as he/she must be blind not to see this amazingly obvious trip hazard. And as for the recent so called repairs at the entrance of Poplar Close my 7 year grandson could have have done better, you are not getting value for money from the contractors.

  • No one investigates these reports and when one is fixed the repairs are so bad the holes appear within weeks. I understand you have contracted new company to deal with these problems I would suggest that you employ someone to 1. check whether it is done properly, 2, whether it is done within a realistic time scale 3. check it again 4 weeks later before you pay for it.

  • The repair crew were in an adjacent road today but a pot hole in Poplar close less than 20 yArds away was ignored it would appear because Poplar Close is a culture De sac repairs to the roads and pavements are not urgent . We pay a huge amount of Council tax and get very little for our money so how about repairing our road and pavement. Thank you
