Poorly maintained pavements Grange Road, Ampthill.
Reported via desktop in the Pavement and Cycle path category by CBC Councillor Mike Blair at 10:29, Wed 7 December 2022
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 379271.
Several years ago, the pavements along the majority of Grange were due to be resurfaced, but utility company work prevented the schedule from being met. The funds were spent elsewhere, and never secured again, so these pavements remained a hazard to elderly residents in places, and at best, very untidy and uneven. Under the current programme, could we please put Grange Road back on the radar and get them done? Thank you, Mike Blair, Ampthill Ward Councillor.

Hi,
We are contacting you to notify you that your report has been closed from our system. We have recently begun our partnership with a new Highways contractor and as a result we need to close previous cases that were outstanding with the previous contractor, this is part of an ongoing administrative process.
If the issue is outstanding and you believe it to be an emergency, such as exposed electrical wires, please contact us on 0300 300 8049.
If you see issues on the highways network, please continue to report these directly through Fix My Street.
Many thanks,
