Lit sign not turning on

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 379396x.
The sign is located between number 5 and driveway of number 7 King Street. This sign has not been working for over two years. Despite the fact this problem has been raised on numerous occasions this issue being closed ever time by the relevant people without the problem being fixed. So how about this time you fix the problem before closing the report.

We have inspected the defect and carried out works to make the issue safe. Any further repairs that are needed will be completed in line with the timeframes set out in our maintenance plan.
