Cover surround is breaking up, cover rattling

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 380234.

Just as the central pedestrian refuge ends, Dunstable bound, there’s a cover where the north side is cracked and dropped into the void. This is causing the whole cover to rattle when driven over.
