Lit sign next to Lamp No. 5 is not working

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 380853.

Lit sign next to Lamp No. 5 in The Baulk, Biggleswade is not working. The sign shows "One Way" and is not working and neither is Lamp No. 5 in The Baulk.

  • Thank you for contacting us with information relating to a Highways issue. Our engineers have inspected and found a fault with the power supply which is owned and maintained by the electricity provider. We have requested that they investigate and make a repair (their target timescale is 28 days). We will continue to monitor this issue until it is resolved. Please contact us again after that time if the light is still out.

  • Carol-07851 943990 called to chase this as nothing has been done. She expressed this is the 2nd time the contractors have changed and was told it would be sorted within 28 days which it has not. Please can she have an update.
