Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 381162.

The tenant at 65 Brewers Hill Road keeps cutting the wooden barriers so he can park his car and van outside the house on the grass verge. The grass is now torn up and the cycling sign knocked askew. He also drove into my dog on the path. He has cut this fencing at least three times.
