Outside 1 Goswell End Road

Reported via desktop in the Potholes category anonymously at 11:32, Wednesday 25 January 2023

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 382558.

This is a serious pothole approx, 600mm wide 60mm deep and 300mm across, it is down to the main sub base and is on a previous excavation full width of the road, the position is very hazardous at night to cyclists and motorcyclists and could lead to destabilisation and possibly even dismounting into the road, it is also likely to cause damage to cycles/motorcycle wheels and or tyres, this is also on the bus route to Harlington upper School and this is causing it to get worse daily.

I believe this is of a depth that requires attention within 24 hours, as I understand your guidelines are anything over 40mm depth are urgent priority.
