Traffic light phasing

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 382712.

I saw a guy up a ladder here last week, improved the phasing massively. However, tonight it’s back to priorty for French’s Avenue. When a car approaches on Watling St / High St North it will change, but as soon as there’s the slightest gap in traffic, will cycle back to green for French’s Avenue with no traffic being there. No traffic, Frenchs Av is always green. This makes literally every car on the A road stop.
