End of cul-de-sac Lammas Way, Ampthill
Reported via mobile in the Surface water on Highway category anonymously at 12:38, Sun 26 March 2023
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 386198.
Every time there is heavy rain this large flooded area occurs, it affects number 14 (us) and three other houses as well as blocking two pavements and the path through the hedge at the end which goes through to a large housing estate and is frequently used by dog walkers, cyclists and all of the children walking to the local upper school.
I believe Anglian Water have been out several times over the years to unblock the drain but this has not solved the problem.

Hi,
We are contacting you to notify you that your report has been closed from our system. We have recently begun our partnership with a new Highways contractor and as a result we need to close previous cases that were outstanding with the previous contractor, this is part of an ongoing administrative process.
If the issue is outstanding and you believe it to be an emergency, such as exposed electrical wires, please contact us on 0300 300 8049.
If you see issues on the highways network, please continue to report these directly through Fix My Street.
Many thanks,
