Bridge on New Road over brook, between Blackmoor Business Park and Brookside Farm

The railings on the south side of the bridge have been wrecked. Probably by heavy vehicle reversing (tyre marks in the verge). This could be a danger as the bridge is narrower than the road is on either side and the shape of the wrecked railings could be confusing to a driver especially in headlights.
