Overgrown onto public footpath

Reported via mobile in the Trees category anonymously at 11:43, Saturday 10 June 2023

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 390357.

Trees and hedges are overgrown onto the public footpath, need trimming back and height cut down. Access on footpath is now very limited causing issues particularly with elderly residents

  • Having checked our GIS mapping system & Land Registry, a number of these trees and hedging show to be within the ownership of No.1, until you reach the Maple tree, where the verge becomes CBC Assets maintained. I have passed on a seperate report regarding some of these trees to CBC Assets, however from what I can see, approximately 5m of this verge is within the ownership of No.1.
