Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 391114.

Street light is directly outside my bedroom window and stops me sleeping at night. I have put up with this for over 2 years but it illuminates my bedroom despite having blinds and curtains. Can the light be dimmed or pointed in a different direction
