  • Customer called to ask what date the planned works for the overhanging tree will be carried out.
They have just had to pay for her gutters to be cleared of the tree debris and have been told that the debris has gone into the down pipe which requires more extensive work to be carried out.

  • Customer called as it's been over 2 years since these trees were reported and till today nothing has been done. Customer said that over this time various reasons where given such as nesting season, this had been added to our program of work. Customer said that we cannot keep putting this report at the bottom and not deal with it. To maintain their pipes and gutter clean, residents spend hundreds of pounds a month and they cannot keep going like this.
Customer said that the tree roots now look as going under the property and could cause damage to the property as well.
These trees affect at least 2 properties and needs to be investigated as soon as possible.

URGENT email send to the tree officers.
