Manhole on 9 Lords Close Driveway

This Manhole is drainage for the whole road and is blocked and overflowing. The drain is not waste from 9 as our water flows in different direction. This manhole is overflowing onto the driveway causing quiet a deep amount of water on the property.

    Todays downpour has made this manhole overflow with vengeance. It is causing flooding on 2 properties to which exiting our front doors is greeted with 2 inches of water. The next downpour will most likely enter homes. !!!!! My photo shows you the speed of the water exiting this manhole.

  • Following an inspection from Anglian the manhole cover does in fact belong to the council. Please come and remove this man hole of surface water as it overflows causing flooding to our driveway and our neighbour who is declined and suffers greatly.
