Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 392742.
There is about 4-5 steps on the side leading towards the disabled car park area, the top step right in the centre has almost broken/become loose. I almost fell straight onto my face, I sprained my ankle as I was walking down because the step pulled away from the base. I didn't feel the pain at the time but later in the night the sprain became a swelling. The staff said she was aware as it happens to her almost daily and to complain to the council as they own the land. I believe the problem has been there for a while if a staff member is saying she almost falls/trips regularly to me but she just hasn't bothered reporting it. Leading to a disabled car park area this is a very serious hazard and can have serious injuries to any person let alone disabled people
