Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 392820.
The pot holes in this Lane have been reported previously and the subsequent " patched " pot holes have failed, tarmac put into the pot holes without any hardcore or edge sealing insufficient and the work needs to be redone - road surface needs to be repaired

Another customer has called for an update of when the potholes will be fixed. Customer advises that this has been reported for years, the holes were marked out but nothing happened. That they have to travel at 5 mph to safely steer aroung the holes. Customers car was damaged in the past. Please could this be inspected as soon as possible.

customer has called back in to say not enough tarmac was bought into the job, ti was marked up but the yelloow paint was then covered over becasue of all the mud there, trying to fill potholes full of mud and water but unable to see yellow lines, contractor that came sadi whole road needed doing but this customer has reported it since 2015, nearly ten years. Nothing is being done and needs to be checked on teh whole road. Not enough tarmac was bought in for the job and they need cutting out properly instread of filling with tarmac.

Customer called backto get an update. Advised that permenant repairs have been requested but it can take up to 3 months.
Customer is not happy as they were told some time ago that the whole road needs replacing but they are only doing repairs. They advised that the pot holes have previously caused damage to their motorhome and its likely to happen again if the road isn't fixed.
Customer also advised that they have reported mud on the road to Env Services.State changed to: Open
