The light has been out for about 3 weeks now.

  • Customer has called for an update as they advise it has been 8 weeks now and believe that is long enough.They saw the team come , stop for 30 seconds then drove off. Customer would like to know when this will be fixed. Please could report be updated.

  • t/c from customer chasing the report- still no updates from the team - 10 weeks since lamp was reported to us as out- what is the outcome of the insection please? when can the residents expect this to be resolved? thanks
