Curb/path (not safe)

Curbs loose that keeps going into The Road the pavers for the Path keep coming loose. The wooden stumps, lifting out the road the cones keep getting blown around. You might as well strip it out and give some more parking spaces.

These cones have been here for months sighting need to be done it’s looks awful. We have see 2 kids hurt them self going over it
