Street lamp fixed to the side of number 7 park hill

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 394432.

The street lamp is fixed to the side of my house and I would like it removed from my property as it is directly outside my bedroom window. Please provide details of who to contact to get the steer lamp removed. Many thanks.
