The Sycamore tree is overhanging the roadway and my property, and has the telephone wires well within the boughs. It is dangerous in that large lorries are catching the boughs. The tree is far too large, the boughs are bending in the wind and in need of reduction. This is an urgent matter and requires immediate attention before an accident occurs. It has been reported by an Arboricultural company, who also consider the tree to be dangerous. I am informing Central Bedfordshire Council that I have made this report, and under Health and Safety issues action is required quickly. Should there be any damage to my property, Central Bedfordshire Council has been notified, and will be responsible. I am also sending a copy of this report to Central Bedfordshire Ward Councillor Drew Richardson, asking for his urgent action.
