    Good Afternoon,

    May I ask how long it takes to get fixed. I first report our street lights 6th October and was given a reference of 395344, I then followed up 30th November and we are now 25th January 2024.

    We have 2 street lights on Conifer Way, also as mentioned School Lane does not have any street lights working and it exceptionally dark.

  • Hi, I first reported the lights in October 2023 we are now in June 24 and still not working. What is going on please it is 4 bulbs 2 for each light not that hard.

  • Hi, this is not a private road by builder or developer and I understand the lights are down to cbc. It is now 13 months since I reported two lights not working z2 and another opposite number 14. It is so dark. Also 3 lights on shefford high street not working nor school lane.
