Customer called to advise since new LED lights put in the road is only part lit and was aware a team have been out a week ago and went away , can this please be updated as to what is happening.

The light is still not very bright, very dim and the light does not cover as much area as it should. Would it please be possible for it to be visted when it is dark to see how it is not working fully and be repaired.
