  • Edward -07518 515147 called asking for an update as the light still isnt fixed. It is dark and dangerous. Please can an update be provided?

  • Rang CBC at 12.30 today as no updates had been provided. Eventually I was told that the contractor is waiting for spare parts and and soon as they are available the light will be repaired.

  • Thank you for contacting us with information relating to a Highways issue. Our engineers have inspected and found a fault with the power supply which is owned and maintained by the electricity provider. We have requested that they investigate and make a repair (their target timescale is 28 days). We will continue to monitor this issue until it is resolved. Please contact us again after that time if the light is still out.

  • Having already inspected the light on the 27th October 2023 and again yesterday (17th January 2024) I cannot believe it has taken nearly 3 months to decided it is a UKPN problem

    UKPN arrived early this morning and finished early afternoon. We now have light on the corner and over the crossing.
