Road blocked

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 396181.

There are sandbags all across the road blocking the road from vehicles. What the hell are the council doing? Absolute clowns, this road floods all the time, why have you stick sandbags ACROSS the road?
