Hi Matt
Please see CRN 396214 , and update as soon as you can.
The resident needs to know urgently if 2 trees on the left hand of her house are on council land or not.
Needs to know as she needs to take out insurance and they are asking questions about these trees.
Has reliable info from a tree surgeon that the crown is dead.
Once she receives clarification from the TO , she will know if she needs to report these trees to the council and will know what to do insurance wise----Email sent to the TOState changed to: Open

Thank you for submitting your Highways report.
Our engineers have inspected the area and are satisfied that no further action is required at this time.Resident should have access to thier own deeds and know what they are repsonsible for. According to land registry maps thier extents extend beyond thier fence line
Many thanks,

Customer called for an update and stated that the tree officer was going to visit and check who the trees belong to but not had any updates. Customer advised that the boundary of their property is past their fence but still needs to clarify who is responsible for the trees and they cannot arrange their insurance until it is clarified.
