Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 396341.

This gully has been blocked for a long time, and is causing flooding in our pharmacy. We are aware that the highways will be attended to this. Could you please do this as soon as possible, so that we do not have to temporarily close our pharmacy. Could you please call us on 07 973 175 008 to give us an update.

Could you please let us know, when the drains outside our pharmacy will be unblocked, as heavy rains caused heavy flooding into our pharmacy. Please let us have the date you will attend.
