Multiple potholes - photos only show example.

Road surface - Patchwork of previous repairs - all coming to an end of useful life.

Peakes End is a small lane but also takes heavy agricultural machinery.

Junction is dangerous when icy road conditions - especially when coming down from top of Peakes End.
