Pedestrian Crossing on Luton Road, Dunstable adjacent to Tesco

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 397288.

The push button unit on the traffic light post on the Tesco side of the road does not change to green when the lights are red, it just stays on red and the green man does not light. For persons who cannot see if the lights have changed it means they are not aware they can cross.
