Roundabout on A507 by Perfect Aquatics

Reported via desktop in the Road markings and lining category anonymously at 16:43, Monday 20 November 2023

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 397310.

At peak periods there is a queue at the roundabout on the A507 after the New Road and vehicles go down the right hand side indicating right (ie. 21 at 7.30am this morning) and then form a queue on the roundabout to enter the Arlesey Road. They then push their way in expecting the vehicles in the left hand lane who have queued to give way. This stops all the traffic coming from Henlow as now the left hand lane no longer gives way and lets the Henlow traffic cross like it once did because of these inconsiderate drivers. It will only be a matter of time before there is a major accident. Can CBC consider marking the right hand lane for right hand turn only and enforcing it.
