Traffic lights, woburn road, by school

The traffic lights are not working for crossing or cars, this is a very high risk for school children crossing both sides. As it is ensr a blind corner and is used mainly at school pick up/drop off. Cars speed down here and is a health and safety risk to young children/parents crossing here.
