The road has been liable to standing water for months - the pictures were taken on a dry day when no rain had fallen for a good number of hours - there is an unpleasant odour which comes off of the standing water in the ditch. I have concerns that when the weather conditions change and the water freezes we will have problems with the vehicles which use the road.
