Lamppost don’t work on front of the house 69 Lockington Crescent

The lamppost has been reported last year as faulty and nothing has been done about it. I’ve received an confirmation back saying is has been fixed but nothing been done about it. The street is so dar as you can see on the picture above also We’re concerned about the issue of darkness and we got people checking our house around due to the luck of light on the street! So dark outside!
