In between current lamp posts it is residential yet no lighting

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 398097.

Along this stretch of Woodside Road there is no lighting yet it is residential on both sides of the road. Only last week a car speeding up this road at this point crashed into two cars on my neighbour's drive as no lighting and driving too fast in the evening. Before someone gets hurt can we slow the traffic and get some street lighting.. It is in Grove Road yet no housing over the vast majority of it.
