In the alley/footpath between Brookes road and the Surgery

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 398102.

I'm unable to pinpoint this on your map as it's too difficult to hit the spot. The problem is a very large, heavy block of concrete(?) which used to be a bollard i believe. it's just sitting in the alley, ugly and useless, so please can it be removed?
