Red raised surfaces in middle of road

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 398802.

These "speed controling devices" are far too large for any car to safely navigate without causing discomfort to the occupants and cargo at any speed. They are simply not safe or fit for purpose.
