Utility patch subsided and a trip hazard

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 399797.

Outside the Southwood Road flats beside the bus stop layby an old utility trench has been poorly repaired and has subsided by a couple of inches. This is now a serious trip hazard and needs reinstating.

    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
