Blocked drain/gully on Hills End as per map location and opposite Telegraph pole #866384. Previously reported under ref 399489 but that was closed with the comment “Unable to find the issue reported”. As per the photo of the drain included on this report(and the previous one), it is blocked with mud/silt.
