    Customer has called to chase this up, reported 22nd January this year, the light is not coming on at all and this area has some elderly residents there so becoming a concern, can we update at all please as can see no update on Insight.

    This customer said someone has been out since my last email Monday, but last night around 10pm it went off not working, so has only been working for a short while. Can you look into further for the customer and get someone back out.

  • Hello Street lighting team.
    See ref numbers 400541 and 400595

    Resident has been informed today that the street lighting team. are aware that the lamp is not working.
    However resident says that it's been over 6 weeks since she reported it. Also a man from our contractors came out a week ago and went up the lamp but it's still not working --------Email sent to street lighting

  • Thank you for contacting us with information relating to a Highways issue. Our engineers have inspected and found a fault with the power supply which is owned and maintained by the electricity provider. We have requested that they investigate and make a repair (their target timescale is 28 days). We will continue to monitor this issue until it is resolved. Please contact us again after that time if the light is still out.
