Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 400755.

Drain on the corner as sunk resulting in a deep pot hole my wife's new Honda hit this after dark on the 24th Jan resulting in suspension damage which will have to be assessed by Honda.I require a claim form since I intend to claim from Central Bedfordshire Council W J Bowen,Stanford Road Clifton
