Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 401018.

We have been told the lights are owned by the council and they all have council plates on with assigned numbers but do not appear on the fix my street app.

The lights 8,9,10 Heronslee do not turn on at night leaving the road pitch black and very dangerous.
