Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 401532.

We have recently been getting water coming up through our cellar floor. This hasn't happened in the 14 years we have lived here, so it is a new problem over the last 3-4months. Anglian water say that the sewer system (their responsibility) is all ok and that we should contact the council because there are some surface water drains which are completely blocked on the road outside our property.
