Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 401657.
I have reported this issue before. This house you told me belongs to the Housing Association but, the perimeter privet hedgerow is blocking the public footpath, Again! Please could you contact them to get this resolved ASAP. It needs to be cut back in line with number 5.

Customer called to advise that the hedges still have not been cut back and they are overhanging the footpath.

Due to current budget constraints, we are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspxAfter inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair.
