2 x rainwater gullies feed into a manhole. The manhole feeds a pipe that runs under my land at the end of Hardwick Close to discharge into the river Flit. This drainage run is blocked and has been from before I owned the land. The pipe needs jetting to remove the block. Due to the blocked pipe the end of the road is continually flooded and this water then runs over the path and floods my land.
