Blocked drain/gully on Hills End, Eversholt - Previously reported under ref 399489 & 866384

Blocked drain/gully on Hills End as per map location and opposite Telegraph pole #866384. Previously reported under ref 399489 & 866384 but that was closed with the comments “Unable to find the issue reported” and then "Gully wasn't blocked when visited after heavy rainfall" As per the photo of the drain included on this report (and the previous one), it is blocked with mud/silt and water is on the highway as a result thus it is still blocked after heavy rainfall. The gully is one of two on the left side of the road going up Hills End from Tyrells End, before the Old Rectory house. Happy for someone to contact me to discuss further.
